We booked the tour for one night through GetYourGuide. Once we were on board, we were so impressed that we asked to extend our stay by one more day.
What can I say? We were extremely satisfied with the tour and the entire staff on board.
The rooms look just as great as they do in the photos.
We were also lucky to have our own guide named Ngon, who took care of everything for us. We had a wonderful time with her during our excursions.
Since I couldn’t spell all the names correctly, I didn’t mention the other crew members individually, but of course the praise also goes to them.

My family just had a wonderful and memorable holiday on the La Sen yacht in the Low Lan Bay. From the moment of boarding the ship, the whole house was completely convinced by the luxurious, subtle space but still brings a very cozy feeling. The landscape of Lan Ha Bay appears poetic with jewelry green waters and majestic limestone mountains, giving an absolute feeling of relaxation when the whole family sits and watches from the balcony of their own rooms.
The biggest plus of the trip is the dedication of the staff—the people are extremely attentive, enthusiastic and always careful of every need from adults to young children. Besides, the cuisine on the yacht is extremely rich, fresh seafood, beautiful presentation and taste of all members. The scheduled activities such as kayaking or watching the sunset on the sundeck are all arranged very reasonably, both exciting enough to maintain complete relaxation. The La Sen yacht is definitely the perfect choice for anyone who is looking for a family holiday in Cat Ba, and my family will definitely come back!

A truly memorable experience on the La Sen Bay Cruise!
This trip made us happier than expected. The yacht is very new, beautiful design, modern facilities, amenities and especially the space is very comfortable. From the time of boarding the boat to the end of the journey, everything was carefully cared for, creating a comfortable and relaxing feeling.
Probably the biggest plus is the team being very enthusiastic and attentive. In particular, Mr. Dada – the manager on board – left us a very good impression. He supports dedicated customers, always ready to answer and handle things with enthusiasm, making us feel concerned, not simply the customer.
Meals on board are also a plus. The food is carefully prepared, beautiful presentation and delicious taste. After a day of sightseeing, being enjoying meals in the space on the bay is really very interesting.
What we liked the most was the experience of sleeping at night in the bay. The evening was extremely quiet, almost no noise, lying in the room listening to the water and enjoying the silence in the middle of the bay feeling very relaxed. Wake up to the beautiful view of the bay is also a memorable experience.
In the evening, there is a very fun and fun activity.
Overall, we are very satisfied from facilities, accommodation, landscape to the quality of service on board. A trip both comfortable and relaxing, there are very unique experiences that are hard to get on land.

We were only the second cruisers on this big, new beautiful ship. This cruise and the staff, especially Eagle and Jade, made us feel welcome and kept us busy and happy for all three days. I highly recommend this boat as it is new and has top finishes. I can’t say enough about this wonderful ship and crew. They made me love Vietnam. The other boats looked older. Activities were kayaking, sunset happy hour, cooking class, squid fishing, cave and Island tours. Six course meals too much food to eat. The Cat Ba bay is breathtaking! I have been all over the world and Vietnam Nam is my new favorite place I will be back! I will never forget my experience with Eagle and Jade. This ship is beautiful!

The cruise was absolutely exceptional! We were warmly welcomed by Lana, Alex, and the entire crew, who took great care of us from start to finish. The service was impeccable, and the meals prepared by the chef were delicious and of excellent quality.
My friends and I highly recommend this experience. We will cherish the wonderful memories we made and would definitely do it again!
